QUIETLINE PUMP WARRANTY
p
In addition to the conditions of sale and warranties implied at law
p
and which may not be excluded, Poolrite warrants the Quietline
p Pump to be free from defect for a period of three (3) years (one (1)
year on Mechanical Seal) from the date of purchase by the Owner
p
from Poolrite or an authorised supplier of the Quietline Pump.
p
Poolrite will repair, or authorise a qualified technician to repair, the
p
Quietline Pump provided that:
p
Poolrite is notified within seven (7) days of the defect being
●
p
detected;
p
the Quietline Pump is not operated subsequent to detection
●
p
of the defect;
p the Quietline Pump has not undergone any unauthorised
●
modification or been fitted with other than genuine Poolrite
p
approved parts; and
p
the Quietline Pump has been installed and operated in
●
p
accordance with the Installation Instructions and Operating
p
Instructions, respectively.
p
Poolrite will not be liable to repair the Quietline Pump if the
p
repair is neccessary because of misuse, accidental damage,
p entry of foreign objects or materials into the equipment,
improper or inadequate maintenance or repair or incorrect
p
operation of the Quietline Pump.
p
This warranty does not extend to reasonable wear and tear of
p
the Quietline Pump.
p
All repairs must be undertaken by Poolrite or a technician
p
authorised by Poolrite.
p
The Owner will be responsible for all freight and/or travelling
p
charges. Poolrite accepts no responsibility for goods while in
transit.
p
Poolrite accepts no responsibility for representations other than
p
as expressly contained in literature published by Poolrite. In
p
particular Poolrite has made no representation as to the fitness
p
of the Quietline Pump for any particular purpose except as
p
contained in such literature.
