How To Arrange For Warranty Service

First review the Troubleshooting
section, to possibly avoid the need
for service.
One Year Full warranty for one year
from date of purchase KitchenAid
Canada will pay for replacement parts
and repair labour costs to correct
defects in materials and workmanship.
Service must be provided by a
designated KitchenAid Service Centre.
KitchenAid Canada
Will Not Pay For:
A. Repairs when
Immersion Blender is
used in other than
normal single-family
household use.
B. Damage resulting from
accident, alteration,
misuse or abuse, fire,
floods, acts of God, or
use of products not
approved by
KitchenAid Canada.
C. Any incidental shipping
or handling costs to
deliver your Immersion
Blender to a
designated KitchenAid
Service Centre.
D. Replacement parts or
repair labour costs for
Immersion Blender
operated outside
Canada.
Take the Immersion Blender or ship
prepaid and insured to a designated
KitchenAid Service Centre. Your
repaired Immersion Blender will be
returned prepaid and insured.

How To Arrange For Out-Of-Warranty Service

• First review the Troubleshooting
section below.
• For a KitchenAid Service Centre
near you contact KitchenAid Service
from anywhere in Canada at
1-800-807-6777.
• Take the Immersion Blender or ship
prepaid and insured to a designated
KitchenAid Service Centre. Your
repaired Immersion Blender will be
returned prepaid and insured.
Troubleshooting
First try the solutions suggested here and possibly avoid the cost of service.
If your Immersion Blender should
malfunction or fail to operate, check
the following:
- Is the Immersion Blender plugged in?
- Are all the interlock switches
engaged?
- Is the fuse in the circuit to the
Immersion Blender in working
order? If you have a circuit breaker
box, be sure the circuit is closed.
- Try unplugging and waiting 15-20
minutes before re-plugging the
Immersion Blender.
- If the problem is not due to one of
the above items, see "How to
Arrange For Service" sections.
• All out-of-warranty service should be
handled by a designated KitchenAid
Service Centre.
- DO NOT return the Immersion
Blender to the retailer as they do
not provide service.
