Caller list
If you are unable to answer an external and/or internal
call, this call request is stored in a caller list.
Your handset can store up to 10 calls in chronological or-
der. Every call is given a timestamp. The display starts
with the latest call request still not called. When several
calls are received from one caller, the number of calls is
shown.
Entries from the caller lists can be transferred to the re-
dial list.
Note:
If the service engineer has made the appropri-
ate configuration, the phone numbers for all ex-
ternal answered calls are automatically saved.
Selecting a call request

Press INT key.

Select the menu item and confirm. The caller lists for
missed and answered calls are displayed.

Select the station and press the talk key. The connec-
tion is set up.
