1 Is the copy paper of a type rec-
ommended by Canon?
2 Is the faulty fixing vertical and in
the form of lines?
3 Is the heater turned ON for
control after copy operation is
started?

1 Move the registration cam on the
copyboard left and right.
Is there any change to the reg-
istration?
2 Is the solenoid for registration
(SL1) operating normally?
3 Is the copy paper of a type
recommended by Canon?
