Troubleshooting

・No video and audio output
- Check if power cord is connected to outlet.
- Check if AC adaptor is connected to DC IN jack.
- Check if HDMI cable is connected to "for 4K AUDIO VIDEO 1" at
least. (If no HDMI cables is connected to "for 4K AUDIO VIDEO 1",
no signal will output from other terminals.)
- If picture on 4K TV doesn't output properly, please try to press
RESET button with a pin or any sharp object.
・The 4K Content Generator does not operate properly.
- Hold power button for 5 seconds to reset.
・The remote controller is lost or is broken.
- Use a remote controller of Sony's BDP. (The remote controller is
compatible with BDP's)
・HDD indicator is flashing or light up.
- The 4K Content Generator is in maintenance mode. Do not operate
and turn off the 4K Content Generator.
・Power indicator is flashing.
- Hold power button for 5 seconds to reset. Contact Support If you do
not resolve.
