Troubleshooting

Before bringing in your camera for service,
check the following as a guide to
troubleshooting the problem. If the
problem cannot be corrected, consult with
your Sony dealer.
Symptom
The power of the camera is
not turned on.
The HD Visual
Communication System
cannot control the camera
correctly.

Cause
The camera cable is not
inserted firmly.
The camera cable is not
inserted firmly to the
CAMERA connector on
the HD Visual
Communication System.

Remedy
Insert the camera cable firmly into the
TERMINAL connector on the camera.
Insert the camera cable firmly into the
CAMERA connector on the
Communication System.
Turn off the power of the
Communication System, and turn it on
again after a while.
