Configuring a network mailbox for fast access

With fast access you can dial a network mailbox directly.
Assigning key 1, changing assignment
Fast access settings are handset-specific. You can assign a different network mail-
box to key 1 on each registered handset.
No network mailbox is preconfigured for fast access in the default settings.

The list of VoIP connections and the fixed line connection assigned to the handset
as receive connections is displayed. Net AM : Fixed Line is displayed for the fixed
line and Net AM : IP1 to Net AM : IP6 for the VoIP connections.

If a number is already stored for this network mailbox, fast access is activated
immediately.

If no number is saved for the network mailbox, you are asked to enter the number
of the network mailbox.

Calling the network mailbox via fast access

If you have set a network mailbox for fast access, you are connected directly to this
network mailbox. Handsfree mode is activated.

You hear the network mailbox announcement.
Displaying new messages in the handset's idle display
If a new message is present on one of the network mailboxes assigned to the hand-
set via its receive connection, the à icon and the number of new messages are
generally shown on the idle display.
Press and hold key 1.

Enter the number for the network mailbox.
Press the display key.
Press and hold the end call key (idle status).
Press and hold.
If necessary, deactivate handsfree mode.
