NOTE: The system board spare part kit includes replacement thermal material. Replacement thermal
material is also available in the Thermal Material Kit, spare part number 668848-001.
NOTE: The system board spare part kit includes 1 GB of discrete graphics subsystem memory.
Description
Equipped with the 7750M chipset for use in all countries and regions except the People's Republic
of China
Equipped with the 7750M chipset for use only in the People's Republic of China
Equipped with the 7670M chipset
Before removing the system board, follow these steps:
1. Shut down the computer. If you are unsure whether the computer is off or in Hibernation, turn
the computer on, and then shut it down through the operating system.
2. Disconnect all external devices connected to the computer.
3. Disconnect the power from the computer by first unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet
and then unplugging the AC adapter from the computer.

When replacing the system board, be sure that the following components are removed from the
defective system board and installed on the replacement system board:

Remove the system board:
1. Close the computer.
2. Turn the computer upside down, with the front toward you.
