New Entry

Entries or names are sorted alphabetically in the
display. You can execute direct searches for entries.
On Page 16 you find information how to dial a
number/entry from the Personal Telephone
Directory.
In this view, the context menu offers the following:
• Edit: Opens the entry in the editor, see
• New Entry: Opens the editor for setting up a new
entry, see Page 22.
• Delete Entry: Deletes the currently selected entry,
see Page 27.
• Delete All: Deletes all entries in the personal
telephone directory, see
• Import: Imports data from the PC into the
optiPoint application module, see
• Export: Exports (backs up) data from the
optiPoint application module to a PC, see
Page 30.
• Voice Dial-Add: Add VoiceDial, see

Set up new entry

Click on the icon in the system bar. The context menu is
opened.
Select "New Entry". The "Edit Entry" dialog is displayed.
The "Edit Entry" dialog provides the following registers:
• "Name" register, see
• "Numbers" register, see
• "Notes" register, see
