Scan FPC.
(1) It's may be a problem between Scan FPC and Y DRV B/D.
(2) Check the connection of Y DRV B/D and Scan FPC.
(3) If the Scan IC is failed, replace the Y DRV B/D.

Change the Vpp Pin into ANODE and GND Pin into CATHOD
and then test the Diode with forward or reverse direction.
