Error Report

This report provides a history of error codes that your machine has
encountered.
1. Press Options.
2. Select "Reports".
3. Press Page Down (if necessary).
4. Select "Error".
5. When prompted, insert envelope into machine or press Tape.
The report is printed.
NOTE: If it is a multi-page report, you will be prompted to insert
another envelope/tape sheet.
6. Select "Yes" to return to the Reports menu or press Home to
return to the Home screen.

Configuration Report

This report lists configuration information about your machine and
Postage by Phone® account.
1. Press Options.
2. Select "Reports".
3. Press Page Down (if necessary).
3. Select "Configuration".
4. When prompted, insert envelope into machine or press Tape.
The report is printed.
NOTE: If it is a multi-page report, you will be prompted to insert
another envelope/tape sheet.
5. Select "Yes" to return to the Reports menu or press Home to
return to the Home screen.
