Using the 3D glasses

Names and functions
Lens (liquid-crystal
shutter)
A right and left liquid-
crystal shutter opens and
closes alternately with
the images for the left
eye and for the right eye
alternately projected on
the television screen.
In this way, 3D images
are reproduced.
Protective films
Peel these off before beginning use.
Infrared reception

Receives the infrared
signal for the liquid-
crystal shutter control
sent from the
television.
To set the 3D glasses

When you use for the fi rst time, peel off the
protective fi lms from the lenses.

Turn the 3D glasses on with the power switch.
Using the TV's features
Power switch and

Turns on or off the
power of 3D glasses
with the switch.
– When working, the
power light blinks
once every 2
seconds.
– When the power is
turned off, the power
light goes out.

When charging the battery,
connect to the TV with the
battery charge cable.

Note:
If the infrared data communication between the
television and 3D glasses is lost for 5 minutes, the 3D
glasses turn off automatically to preserve battery life.
To charge the battery
If the 3D glasses are turned on while the battery
power is low, the power light will blink 5 times. (If
the battery is dead, the power light will not blink or
light.)

Turn the 3D glasses off with the power switch,
and connect to the TV with the battery charge
cable.
Notes:
• If the 3D glasses are turned on, the battery will
not charge.
• When the TV is turned off or in standby mode,
the battery will be not charge.
• When charging the battery, the use of a USB
cable other than the battery charge cable
supplied is not covered by warranty.

The power light will Light up.

When the light goes out, the charging is
completed.
Notes:
• It takes approximately two hours to charge the
battery.
• If the usage time is extremely short even after
the battery has been charged fully, the battery
may be worn out. Contact your dealer.
To check the battery level
When the 3D glasses are turned on, the behaviour
of power light is diff erent.
• Charged: Lights up for 2 seconds
• Low charge: Blinks 5 times
CAUTION:
Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly disposed of.
