SUBJECT: A product exchange request (Pex) from a technician or Service Partner on the grounds that there exist a internal
leakage in the cooling circuit, should be rejected for all below listed Side by Side appliance from Cassinetta production.
REMEDIAL ACTION
All listed appliance have no internal welding points / joints in the cooling circuit. Models with a last digit change (count up,
but with the same model description) are also effected, even if the 12NC is at that time not listed in the table below.
