Removing the spindle motor
1. Remove the traverse mechanism
2. The turntable is removed from the spindle motor,
and remove two screws D which is the fixation of
the spindle motor.
3. Remove the screw which is the fixation of the
spindle motor and the feed motor, and solder on
the substrate is removed.
How to install spindle motor
1. The shaft of the spindle motor is passed from the
lower side of the mechanism base.
2. Two screws are installed in the spindle motor by
same strength.
3. The motor substrate is fixed with the screw, and
the substrate is soldered with each motor.
4. The turntable is installed.
5. When the turntable is installed, the center of the
turntable is vertically pushed on, and an accurate
turntable is pushed so that height from the
mechanism base to the upper surface of the
turntable may become 19.4mm.
Method of bonding motor shaft and turn-
table
1. The adhesive uses locktite No,460.
2. Be careful please not to rise on the turntable by
using an ultra small amount about the adhesive
as shown in figure.
3. Moreover, the adhesive must never be put on the
axis(arrow part) of the motor.
