PARK
Park enables you to hold a call for a long length of time
but also frees up your phone so you can take or make
additional calls. When the caller is on the line simply press
the park key followed by a park number 0-9 on the keys
of your handset. This will take the call from the phone and
store it on the system. To retrieve the call simply press
Park or #56 and the position it was stored in.

SPEED DIAL

Press the speed dial key or *7 if no key is preset,
followed by Abb dial no. 000-999.
PAGE
Page gives you the facility to tannoy call an individual or
group of extensions. Press the page key or *80 if no key
is preset, followed by the extension or group number.
PICK UP
Pick up allows you to pick up a call ringing for another
extension. Press the pick up key or *59 if no key is preset.
The display will then give you an option of which ringing
extension (if more than one) you wish to pick up. Scroll
through the list using the arrow keys. When you find the
extension you wish to pick up press the OK key.
RELEASE
This is the same as replacing your receiver.
SERVICE
This button explains the * code for every feature on the
phone system.
REDIAL
Allows you to dial the last three telephone numbers
dialled. Press the redial key until you arrive at the correct
number. The phone system will dial the number. A redial
key can be programmed by one of our engineers.
MUTE
By pressing the mute key you deactivate the
microphone, this enables you to talk freely whilst
the caller can only hear silence. A mute key can be
programmed by one of our engineers.
SPEAKER
The speaker enables you to hear the call through the
loud speaker.

CONFERENCE CALLING

You can set up a conference call with a maximum of 5
parties. When you have the caller on the line, use your
arrow keys to shuffle through until Start Conference?
appears on the display. Press the OK key – this will put
the first party on hold. Dial the next number and wait
for an answer. When the second party has answered,
Add Party? will appear on the display. Pressing the OK
key will start the conference. To add additional parties
follow the same procedure.
NIGHT SERVICE
To activate Night Service press *44*. To deactivate
Night Service press #44. A night service key can be
programmed if required.

CALL FORWARDING

You can divert your calls from your phone to another
destination, either to another phone on the system or
to an external phone number. While the phone is idle,
shuffle through the menu using your arrow keys to
Forwarding on? Select which calls you want to forward
by using the arrow keys to scroll through the menu.
Press the OK key once you have chosen which calls
you would like to forward. Now enter the number of
the extension or external number you wish to divert
to. (please note that if you are diverting to an external
number you must dial 9 followed by the external
number).
ADJUSTING THE RINGER
TONE/VOLUME
When the phone is idle press either the + or – key
which will bring up the telephone settings. Using your
arrow keys, shuffle through to the required feature;
either ringer volume or ringer tone, then press OK. This
will take you into the setting. Use the + and – keys to
adjust the volume and press the OK key to save.
VOICEMAIL
If you have voicemail activated then follow this simple
guide. To access your mailbox simply dial the voicemail
by pressing 55 or 555. You will then be asked to enter
your password. This is always 1234 as default. You are
now in the mailbox.

0 delete message, change settings and start recording.
HOW TO CHANGE
PERSONAL GREETING
Again access your mailbox, scroll through using 3 until
you hear "first greeting". Press 0 to start your recording
and at the end of the message press # to save.
