Installing Front Panel and Condiment Tray
1. Assemble front panel to front cart leg by using (4) ¼ x
3/5" screws with (4) ¼" lock washers. (Fig.5)
2. Assemble the condiment tray onto the front panel using
(2) 5/32 x 2/5" screws and (2) 5/32" nuts with (2) 5/32"
washers. (Fig.6)
Installing Grill Head
1. Remove grill head unit from carton, then place onto cart
from above as shown in diagram. (Fig.7) Caution!! Head
unit is heavy. To avoid injury, we strongly
recommend 2 or more persons for this step.
2. Attach grill head to the cart by using (4) 1/4x3/5" Phillips
head screws with (4) ¼" flat washers. (Fig.8)
3. Align screw holes located on the outside of the grill
head with holes in cart.
4. Attach and secure the regulator hose clamp and the
regulator hose to the right front leg with (1) 1/4 x 3/5"
Phillips screw head and ¼" lock washer. (Fig.9)
