WHOLE
WHEAT BREAD

1 1/2 tsp, salt
3 tbsp, brown sugar
2 tbsp, dry milk powder
3 1/4 cups whole wheat bread flour*
3 i/2 tsp, active dry yeast
1 1/4 cups water
3 tbsp, oil
2 tsp, salt
4 tbsp, brown sugar
3 tbsp, dry milk powder
4 i/3 cups whole wheat bread flour*
4 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
* For best results when not using bread flour, we recommend
adding Gluten to the
recipe.
Add 1/3 cup of Gluten to a 2 lb, recipe,
If whole wheat flour is stone ground,
you
may need to add up to 1/2 cup of Gluten.
