Setting Melt/Soften
The oven uses low power to melt and soften items.
See the following table.
• Suppose you want to melt 2 sticks of Butter.

Unwrap and place in microwavable container.
No need to cover butter. Stir at the end of
cooking to complete melting.
Chocolate chips or squares of baking chocolate
may be used. Unwrap squares and place in
microwavable container. Stir at the end of cycle
to complete melting.
Place container in oven. lce cream will be soft
enough to make scooping easier.
Unwrap and place in microwavable container.
Cream cheese will be at
