- Problem : The indoor unit is not found when checking whether the indoor unit is connected or not by
using the Web Server function.
¡ If normal, the indoor units are displayed on the Web Server as many as the number of
the installed indoor units.
- Expected cause : The IP address and the gateway address of the BACnet Gateway are not
correctly set.
The LAN cable is used incorrectly
The polarity between the PI 485 and the gateway is changed
- Diagnosis
Are all indoor
units not found?

Is it not searched for
each outdoor unit?

each outdoor unit?

Use the PMNFP14A1M by
checking the model name
of the PI485.
Perform the PING test

Check the IP address and the
Gateway address of the
BACnet Gateway. Check
whether the LAN cable is
correct or not (direct cable
when the hub is used, cross
cable when the hub is not
used). Check whether the IP
of the PC can communicate
with the gateway or not (It is
possible to communicate only
when the first three digits of
the private IP are same)
