Rimontaggio alberi cambio

Controllare che albero motore ed alberi del cambio, in folle, ruotino liberamente. Durante l'accoppiamento dei semicarters, controllare il
perfetto allineamento e la corretta posizione di tutti gli alberi. Se gli alberi non ruotassero liberamente, battere leggermente sulle loro
estremità con un mazzuolo in plastica.
Se gli alberi ruotassero ancora con difficoltà, aprire il basamento ed individuare la causa dell'inconveniente.
Reassembling the gearbox shafts
Check that the crankshaft and the gearbox shafts turn freely when idle.
Check the correct aligment and position of all the shafts during the coupling of the half-casings.
When the shaft do not turn freely, beat lightly on their ends using a plastic mallet.
If the shafts turn with difficulty, open the base and find the cause of this drawback.
Rémontage arbre boite des vitesses
Contrôler que l'arbre moteur et les arbres de la boîte des vitesses turnent librement une fois qu'ils sont au point mort.
Durant l'accouplement des demi-carters, contrôler l'alignement et la position correcte de tous les arbres. Si les arbres ne tournent pas
librement, taper doucement sur les extrémités des arbres au moyen d'un maillet en plastique.
Si les arbres ont encore de la peine à tourner, ouvrir le soubassement et detecter la cause de l'inconvenient.
