Setting Measurement Conditions
[4] NG image registration
You can register the NG image (by final evaluation result) while operating the IV-C35M.
Select "
REGST NG IMG" of the "OBJ-TYPE SYS." screen for the setting.

1. Select "TYPE00" and then "OBJ-TYPE SYS" on
the SELECT OBJECT TYPE COND screen.
