Default setting is one keystroke set-up off (no).
Local function code for one keystroke set-up yes/no (facility number 40)
may be downloaded: the default setting is then overruled.
Extension user can not change the setting any more if downloading was
done with priority level 3.
Can be locally programmed in toggle list.
