Managing Scan Jobs

Using TopAccess, you can display and delete scan jobs that are currently in the queue.

Select an option button at the left of the fax transmission job
that you want to delete.
• You can select only one fax transmission job at a time.

Click [Delete].
• Selected fax transmission job is deleted.

Click the Job Status tab and click the Scan menu.
• The Scan menu page is displayed.

If your scan job previously released is not displayed in the
list, click the [REFRESH] icon at the upper right in the page.
The scan jobs that had finished scanning are displayed in the Log tab.
