If one of the cooking zones is heated for an unusually long
period of time (see chart), and the power settings are not
altered, the cooktop will switch itself off automatically and the
corresponding residual heat indicator will appear.
To use the cooking zone again, switch it back on in the usual
way.

* The continued cooking settings with a dot after the number
are only available if the power level has been increased
(see "Programming").
Your cooktop will switch off automatically if one or several of
the sensors remain covered for longer than 13 seconds, for
example, by finger contact, food boiling over or by an object
such as an oven glove or tea towel.
F will flash in all displays. An audible tone will sound every 30
seconds (for a maximum of ten minutes).
^ Clean the control area or remove the obstruction.
This will turn off the tone and the F will go out. You can
operate the appliance again.
