Organising Home screens

To keep things organised, put the apps you use most often on the first or second
screen.

Creating folders

You can group related apps in a folder. For example, to create a folder:

Long-press on an empty part of a home screen.
Choose Folder from the list that appears.

A folder is created.

Tap the folder and give it a name.
Drag icons to move them into your new folder. A few points:
Yes, you can drag an app out of a folder.

No, you can't create subfolders within folders.
Yes, you can delete a folder. Simply long-press on it and drag it to
the trash can in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Adding folder shortcuts to the Home screen

A good file manager (such as the ES File Explorer File Manager application) is
very useful. We suggest that you create a "Documents" folder (call it "My stuff" or
"MBA" or something that makes sense to you) on your tablet, and create subfolders
within that Documents folder to organise your files. You can set that Documents
folder as your "Home" directory within the file manager application.
You can create a shortcut to any particular folder to the tablet home screen. To do
this (using the ES File Explorer app as an example), complete the following steps:

Navigate to the folder that you want to add to the Home screen.
2.
Long-press on the folder. A list of options appears.
3.
Choose Shortcut
4.
Go back to the Home screen. You should see an icon representing the
folder—it may be on an adjacent screen.

You can move this icon to an appropriate place.

Adding file shortcuts to the Home screen

You can create a shortcut to any particular file to the tablet Home screen. To do
this (using the ES File Explorer app as an example), complete the following steps:

Navigate to the file that you want to add to the Home screen.
