SEWING THE STITCHES

Tighten the screw with the included multi-
purpose screwdriver.

Use the multi-purpose screw driver setting the
position to "1". (see page 24)
CAUTION
• Be sure to securely tighten the screws with the
included multi-purpose screwdriver.
Otherwise, the needle may touch the quilting
foot, causing it to bend or break.

Using the measurement on the quilting foot
as a guide, sew around the motif.
a 6.4 mm (approx. 1/4 inch)

→ Rotate the handwheel toward you
(counterclockwise) to raise the feed dogs.

Blind Hem Stitches

Secure the bottoms of skirts and pants with a blind
hem. Two stitches are available for blind hem
stitching.

• When the size of cylindrical pieces is too
small to slide onto the arm or the length is
too short, the fabric will not feed and
desired results may not be achieved.
