HE operation

For all Groups, HE can be ON only when IFAN is ON.
•
For all Groups, HE switches to OFF when ICT > 50
again when ICT ≤ 45
•
In SH or RC group, HE operation is limited by the following graph:

After COMP has been working for 5 minutes, HE & IFAN are activated even
if the ICT is still below 35
HE & IFAN will work in Back-up Mode until the ICT reaches 35
