Daily and periodic inspection

Description
Item
Surrounding Check the ambient temperature, humidity, dirt,
environment corrosive gas, oil mist, etc.
Check for unusual vibration and noise.
Overall unit
Check for dirt, oil, and other foreign material.
Power supply
Check that the main circuit voltages are normal.

1) Check with megger (across main circuit
terminals and earth (ground) terminal).
2) Check for loose screws and bolts.
General
3) Check for overheat traces on the parts.
4) Check for stain
1) Check conductors for distortion.

2) Check cable sheaths for breakage
Transformer/ Check for unusual odor and abnormal increase in
reactor whining sound.
Terminal block Check for damage.
1) Check for liquid leakage.
