CAUSE: Paper Edge Detect Sensor adjustment needs to be performed.
SOLUTION: Perform Paper Edge Detect Sensor adjustment.
1. Enter Service Mode.
2. Select Finisher Adjustment.
3. Select Punch Adjustment.
4. Select Paper Edge Detect Sensor Adjustment.
5. Press Start.
6. Exit Service Mode.

CAUSE: Possible incorrect assembly of spacer washers of the Intermediate Transfer Section. The March 2008 bizhub Parts Manual diagram is incorrect.
SOLUTION: Check to make sure that Key 18 and Key 20 (p/n 65AA 2747 0, spacer A andp/n 65AA 2746 0, spacer B) are together and sandwiched
in-between Key 10 and Key 17(p/n A03U 5593 00, Collection Gear/Upper 42T andp/n 65AA 2627 0E, Tension Plate/Front). If replacing Key 1 Driving Roller
Assembly (p/n A03U R733 00) it would be good practice to replace Keys 18 & 20 at the same time to reduce tracking issues.

PROBABLE CAUSES:
1.The folding pass-through sensor (PS26) does not turn OFF within a specified period of time after it turns ON.
Remove jammed paper in the FS/main body, if any. Check the operation of the sensor PS26 (FS-607 PartsManual, STACKER, page 18, p/n 08AA 8551 2),
actuator (p/n 13QE 4828 0) and actuator tension spring (p/n 13QJ 4354 0) in the I/O state confirmation mode, code 72-45, for proper operation. Replace parts
as necessary.
2. High toner coveragecreates anadhesive effect causing paper to stick to the folding knife. This usually occurs when Half-folding two sheets; first sheet
