Insulation plate for thermal
separation
The appliance has a fixed insulation
plate which divides the interior into two
different temperature zones. The
temperature in these sections can be
set separately, which means that
different types of wine (red and white)
can be stored in the conditioning unit at
the same time.

Setting the temperature

You can set the respective
temperatures using the two sensors
below the temperature displays.
Touch the
Y sensor: the temperature gets warmer
X sensor: the temperature gets cooler
The temperature range being set will
flash in the display as you do this.
When you touch the sensors, you will
see the following changes in the
respective temperature display:
– Touching a sensor once: the last
temperature selected flashes.
– Each subsequent touch of a sensor:
The temperature is adjusted in 1 °C
steps.
– Keeping your finger on the sensor:
changes the temperature
continuously.
Approximately 5 seconds after you
release the sensor, the actual
temperature in the respective section
will be displayed.

The two temperature zones are cooled
alternately which means that,
depending on the amount of wine being
stored, it may take a few hours before
the set temperatures are reached and
the temperature displays have adjusted
accordingly. If, after some time, the
temperature in either section is too
warm or too cold, set the temperature
again.

Temperature range

The temperature in both sections can
be set to anywhere between 5 and
20 °C.

Temperature display

In normal operation the temperature
displays in the control panel show the
actual temperature in each temperature
zone.
The temperature display will flash if
– a different temperature is being set,
– the temperature in one section
deviates from the set temperature by
more than 5 °C.
