DESCRIPTION:
This program defines the conference groups. Only 5012 ITP keysets and OfficeServ
Softphone users that are set to use conference groups in Program 612 can access
this MMC. One station can have up to 5 conference groups. The maximum number
of members for one conference group will be 4, excluding the station itself.
In this MMC you assign each conference group a name, and then enter up to four
members in each group. You can build up to 5 groups.
Conference group names are written using the keypad. Each press of a key will
select a character. Pressing the dial pad key will move the cursor to the next
position. For example, if the directory name is "SAM SMITH" press the number "7"
three times to get the letter "S". Now press the number "2" once to get the letter "A".
Continue selecting characters from the table below to complete message. Pressing
the "A" key will change the letter from upper case to lower case.
NOTE: When the character you want appears on the same dial pad key as the
previous character, press the UP key to move the cursor to the right.
