This is the time any recall (hold or transfer) to a busy station
continues to wait at the station before recalling to the
operator.
This grace period timer starts SMDR recording for rotary
dialing. This timer also controls the LCD duration timer on
the keysets. The duration time displayed and the SMDR time
duration will be the same.

dialing. This timer also controls the LCD duration timer on
