2.1 FIP
The FIP is the first step for trouble diagnosis. The FIP isolates the presence of various troubles
including error codes, and guides the troubleshooting procedure.

2.2 Flow of FIP

Ask the operator about trouble status.
Is operator's operating method correct?
Turn off and turn on the Power.
Does error still occur when print
is done by the problem mode?
