C4001: Main Body Communication Failure

MFBS Board (MFBS)
Step
Check the MFBS connector for proper connection,

and correct as necessary.
Check the PWB-A connector for proper connection,

and correct as necessary.
Check the flat cable between MFBS and PWB-A for
3
proper connection, and correct as necessary.
Turn OFF the Main Power Switch, wait for 10 sec. or
4
more, and turn ON the Main Power Switch.
5 Change MFBS
6 Change PWB-A

C4002: HSYNC Detection Failure

PH Unit (PH)
Step
Turn OFF the Main Power Switch, wait for 10 sec. or

more, and turn ON the Main Power Switch.
Check the PH and the PWB-A connectors for proper
