"Exceeded the limit value for
total data size of the
selected files. Cannot select
more files."

Causes
An error has occurred in the
font settings.
The machine has detected a
Bluetooth failure, or it could
not detect a Bluetooth unit. It
may be incorrectly installed.
The tray selected for other
pages is the same as the one
for slip sheets.
Causes
• The size of the selected
file exceeds 1 GB.
• The total size of the
selected files exceeds 1
GB.
Solutions
Contact your service representative.
Check that the Bluetooth unit is
installed properly, or contact your
service representative.
Reset the job. Be sure the tray you
select for slip sheets is not providing
paper for other pages.
Solutions
Files or groups of files larger than 1 GB
cannot be printed.
• When the total size of the multiple
files that are selected exceeds 1
GB, select files separately.
• When the size of the selected file
exceeds 1 GB, print from a
memory storage device using a
function other than the Direct
printing function.
You cannot select files of different
formats at the same time.
