Multiple Logon

With Version 3000 or higher software, the same user name and password can be assigned to multiple

extensions when using Automatic or Manual Registration. This makes it easier on the user by only

having to remember one password. For example, if a user has an IP Multiline terminal, MH240 handset,

and uses UC Desktop Applications with the Enhancement bundle controlling the IP Multiline, three

different ports are used in the system. Prior to Version 3000, each IP port required a unique user name

and password. With Version 3000 all three can be assigned the same user name and password.
