DECT PS System Programming Conditions

Most of the system programming described in Section 4 is
supported by a system with a DECT portable station (PS).
In addition, the programs which are described in the following
pages are required to use the PS.
Use your display proprietary wired telephone for
programming. Programming with a PS is only required for
program [650], "PS Registration".
For location identification of the 2-RF Interface Unit with a 4-Station
Line (KX-TD144), refer to program [109], "Expansion Card/Unit Type,"
in Section 4. Then select "E" for the 2-RF Interface Unit with a 4-Station
Line (KX-TD144) with the KX-TD816, or "E1" or "E2" with the KX-
TD1232. This is the same for an 8-Station Line Unit (KX-TD170).
