    NM-1000E GIGA MEDIA CONVERTER USER’S MANUAL Ver.A.5 Foreword The Netsys’ NM-1000E is a converter that translates transmission signals from a twisted-pair 1000BASE-TX cable (UTP) to 1000BASE-FX fiber optic cable. The converter automatically adapts to the highest level of performance supported by the device connected to the Ethernet port.
