2-18-6. Recommended Replacement Part
Optical filter unit in the unit is a recommended
replacement part. It may be turned cloudy with the lapse of
time.
If using a cloudy filter, the performance of camera will not
be delivered. Replace it according to necesary.

clean room.

2-19. Fan Alarm Indicator
This unit provided with a function to display the alarm to
the VF when the fan is under fault condition.

FAN MOTOR?
Cause
Usually, the fan moves automatically and lowers
temperature inside unit when the temperature inside the
unit rises more than regulation temperature.
Even if the temperature inside the unit rises unusually
when the fan does not move, the above alarm is displayed.
When the alarm is displayed
Suspect the disconnection or faulty connection of fan
harness, or check the FP-118A board.
