Blow open all passages with compressed air before assem-

Clean the main needle holder, needle and slow jet in

solvent and blow them open with compressed air.
Install the needle and needle jet
Install the main jet and slow jet.
Install the float valve, float and float pin.

FLOAT LEVEL INSPECTION
Measure the float level with the float tang just contacting the
float valve.
flOAT LEVEL:
18.5 ± 1.0
mm
(0.73 ± 0.04 inl
Rellla(:e the float if the level is not within the limit.
Reinstall the float chamber.
