5 MOTION DEDICATED PLC INSTRUCTION
[Program example]
Program which requests to start the servo program No.10 toward axis No.1 and No.2 of
the Motion CPU No.4. from the PLC CPU No.1.
The error flag (SM0) is turned on an operation error in the case shown below, and an
error code is stored in SD0.
