If a compatible headset supplied with the headset key is connected to the phone,
to answer and end a call, press the headset key.

Call waiting

During a call, press call to answer the waiting call. The first call is put on hold.
To end the active call, press end.

■ Options during a call

Many of the options that you can use during a call are network services.
For availability, contact your network operator or service provider.
Select Options during a call for some of the following options:
Mute or Unmute, End
Record, Answer, and Decline.
Conference—to make a conference call that allows up to five persons to participate
(network service). During a call, make a call to a new participant
call is put on hold. When the new call has been answered, select
include the first participant in the conference call. To have a private conversation
with one of the participants, select

Lock keypad—to activate the keypad lock.
Touch tones—to send touch tone strings, such as passwords or bank account
numbers. The touch tone system is used by all touch-tone telephones. Enter the
touch tones string or search for it in Contacts, and select Tones. You can enter the
wait character w and the pause character p by repeatedly pressing the * key.
Swap—to switch between the active call and the call on hold (network service).
Transfer calls—to connect a call on hold to an active call, and disconnect yourself
from the calls (network service).
Loudspeaker—to use your phone as a loudspeaker during a call. Do not hold the
phone to your ear while using the loudspeaker. To activate or deactivate the
loudspeaker, select
