ll. Tilt the motorcycle to the right with
help irom a friend.
12. Remove the wheel.
NO T E:
* Do not depress the brake pedal while
the wheel is off the motorcycle. The
caliper piston will be forced out of the
cylinder with subsequent loss of brake
fluid. If this occurs, servicing of the
brake system will be necessary. See your
authodzed Honda dealer.
Installation:
Reverse the removal procedure' Apply a
lithium-based multipurpose grease with
molvbdenum disufide additiYe to the
rear hub splines and final drive gear splines
when rear wheel is removed. Be sure the
sDlines on the wheel hub fit into the final
diive case and the splines on the final drive
case fit into the ddYeshaft end.
