PS/2 mouse controller circuit

The IT8673F is used for PS/2 mouse control.
This IT8673F also functions as a keyboard controller, and is accordingly used in common with the PS/2 mouse.
The IT8673F internally converts the serial data sent from the PS/2 mouse into parallel data, and performs interrupt operation to
inform the CPU of the entry of a mouse input.
Since the connector is used in common with the keyboard, it is necessary to use a converter connector when a PS/2 mouse is
connected.
