Remove the glove box and frame.
Lift up the glove box and
disconnect this connector,
then remove the glove box.
Remove these
three bolts and
the passenger's
knee bolster.

Remove the heater duct.
Remove
and discard
these bolts.
Remove and discard
these self-tapping screws.
Remove and

discard this nut.

connector bracket
from the vehicle
harness connector.

Remove the two
covers, and the two
mounting screws.
Open the glove
box, and remove
these two screws.
Remove and discard
the heater duct.
Remove and discard
this self-tapping screw.

. . . then, remove the glove box frame.
Get parts group A.
5.
Install the evaporator.
Install the two
6 x 25 mm
washer-bolts
(93405-06025-08),
and torque them to
.
10 N
m (7 lb-ft).
Install the two 6 x 20 mm self-tapping screws
(90155-SE0-003), and tighten them securely.
Install the 6 mm washer-nut
(90321-SV4-003), and torque
.
it to 10 N
m (7 lb-ft).

Remove these
four screws.
Remove these screws . . .
Remove these bolts.
Slide the evaporator
into place.
