Getting Help

There may be times when you need help to solve a problem, or
you may want more information about how your DM300c/DM400c/
DM475 Series works.
this section first. In many cases, it can help you resolve the problem.
If you need to contact us, please have the following information at
hand:
Product Model: DM300c/DM400c/DM475 Series.
Serial number: See the back of the DM300c/DM400c/DM475
Series.
Nature of problem: What happens and when does it happen? Did
the DM300c/DM400c/DM475 Series display an error message?
The steps you've already taken to solve the problem and the
results.
Details of how to contact your machine supplier will be either in a
separate document supplied with your DM300c/DM400c/DM475
Series, on the back cover of this guide, or on a sticker applied to
your DM300c/DM400c/DM475 Series.
The DM300c/DM400c/DM475 Series has been approved for use
in the Republic of Ireland by An Post and in the UK by Royal Mail.

Power Problems (nothing displays)

1. Is power cord plugged into both mailing machine base and wall
outlet? Make sure the power cord is not connected to a switched
wall outlet with the outlet turned off.
2. Check the Power Switch is On.
3. Check power lamp on the machine. If it is on, power is reaching
the machine.
4. Machine may be in sleep mode. Press any key to wake it.
