the transfer belt does not reach the specified value.

The value of toner cartridge counter is going to
reach the replacement time.
<IOT Toner Cartridge Detached>
The yellow, magenta, cyan or black Toner Cartridge
detached is detected.
The toner cartridge sensor detected the cartridge
detached.
