Using Peripheral Devices
Connecting an LLINK Device
Notes on connecting LLINK devices
o
Your computer is equipped with an LLiNK port, which you can use to connect to an LLiNK device, such as a digital video
camcorder.
o
The LLiNK port on your computer does not supply power to external devices generally powered by LLiNK ports.
o
The LLiNK port supports transfer rates up to 400 Mbps; however, the actual transfer rate depends on the transfer rate of
the external device.
o
The optional LLiNK cables may not be available in some countries or areas.
o
An LLiNK connection with other compatible devices is not fully guaranteed.
o
The LLiNK connection varies depending on the software applications, operating system, and LLlNK-compatible devices
you use. See the manual that came with your software for more information.
o
Check the working conditions and operating system compatibility of LLlNK-compatible PC peripherals (for example, an
HDD or a CD-RW drive) before you connect them to your computer.
