Restricting Printer Jobs

You can specify whether to restrict printer jobs so that they can only be stored in
user inboxes.

Press

[Restrict Printer Jobs].

Select [On] or [Off] ➞ press [OK].
Details of each item are shown below.
[On]: Restricts jobs from printer drivers.
[Off]: There are no restrictions for jobs from printer drivers.
[Additional Functions] ➞ [System Settings] ➞
Jobs can only be stored in user inboxes.
Jobs can be stored in user inboxes and/or can be printed.
