ORIFICE SIZES REQUIREMENT: When the DXV35 employs the rear vent option, the rear burner orifice must be changed in the
Natural Gas configuration to a #53 Spud Orifice (supplied with the Fireplace). The front burner orifice remains unchanged at #42 for
Natural Gas applications. See LP kit for LP Gas applications.
1. Cut the clear tapes and outer plastic wrap using a sharp utility knife or equivalent. Locate the 2 bags of coals, glow-
ing embers and the log pieces. Identify each log piece numbered 1 through 6 and the Large Chunk coals, Small coals
and Glowing Embers per the diagrams show on this page:
